What is the best color laser printer? One that does good photo prints at the lowest cost per print?

I am wanting to buy a good laser printer. I do some photo printing and a lot of text. I want to spend less than $500 and I want one that is a low cost per print. Less than or equal to 11 cents per color print and 5 cents or less per black and white.What is the best color laser printer? One that does good photo prints at the lowest cost per print?
Color laser printers are not made for photos. They can not handle glossy or matte print unless they are made for laser printers.

The cheaper the printer more it cost per page, especially the new color laser printers coming out.





Look at the HP Officejet Pro K5400 series or the Canon Pixma iP4500. Yes they are both inkjet printers, but on a cost per page they are low (2.7 mono and 9.5 color for the Canon and 1.4 mono and 5.9 color for the HP OJPro)

HP Color LaserJet CP1215 Printer @ $299. HP has the best laserjets that are easy to service. All you replace is the toner and paper. Other manufacturers might look better as far as price goes, but you need to do things like replace the imaging drum, clean the corona wires, etc. Also, HP ships it's laser printers with toner cartridges!
