If you are not out of color ink, then you need to go into your printer properties and make sure that ';black only'; is not selected. If this is not the issue, run a test page, perform 3-4 printhead cleanings, run another test page. You should see a difference in the test page. If there is a difference or if the test page does not printout correctly, you need further head cleanings.

If it is not a color printer - you need to buy a color printer.
If it is a color printer and it's simply not printing in color, your color cartridge probably needs replaced.
