How to make black and white copies on a color printer?

I need to print cards with barcods on them to be scanned. I was told to choose ';Black cartridge Only'; in settings if I use my color printer or it will not print clearly. When I want to print something, I do not have option ';settings'; to change that. ThanksHow to make black and white copies on a color printer?
one way is to go


start


control panel


printers and faxes


right click the printer


properties


printing preferences


and then click on 'black'


apply


ok


and it will then change the printer to black and white just remember to change back when you want to print colourHow to make black and white copies on a color printer?
In your printer menu, tick options or properties.


If you have those options, you may be able to tick ';Print color in Blk %26amp; Wht';.





Not sure about yours but mine does.
