How to scan in color on laser printer/scanner/copier?

I have a laser printer: Sharp AR-M455N. I was wondering if there is a way to scan a picture in color? My pictures usually come out in black and white. Does anyone know how I can get it in color? I would like to do it for free, but if I have to pay money, than that is OK too....thanks in advance!How to scan in color on laser printer/scanner/copier?

Your owners manual should explain how to do this. I know that my printer/scanner manual explains how to scan an item in color or black and white. You can always go to a Staples or some other place that offers printing services and pay them to scan it for you as well.





If you have lost the manual perhaps you can go the the Sharp website and download the manual (or maybe it is included on the software too)
I believe that your equipment is a monochrome laser, Black printer.





However, if you are able to see the image in color, you can save the image to a folder on your desktop, and from there, on a memory stick to the photo shop for color printing.
