Problem with HP3600 color printer, the header is not printing completely?

the header remains unprinted from the edges. neither the word is printed nor its background. what can i do? i need to print letter heads of my company.Problem with HP3600 color printer, the header is not printing completely?
How close to the edge of the paper are you trying to print ? Printers have a margin outside which they cannot print





What program are you printing from ? Have you checked the margins on that are set to match the physical margins as defined in the printers specs ?Problem with HP3600 color printer, the header is not printing completely?
This isn't a printer issue. It's a software issue.





A key piece of information needed is which version of Word are you using? Word 2003 or Word 2007?





I do recall that Word 2003 had an issue similar to this and it was a result of SP3. Do you have Word 2003 and SP3??? If so, your issue is one of the bugs reported with SP3.





Also, try this IF you have Word 2003: Page setup, paper, print options and make sure drawing objects has a check mark in its box.





Without knowing whether you have Word 2003 or Word 2007 no sense in posting more but maybe the above two will help you out after all.
do you use print preview? you can ajust the the centering there before you print.
