I have a Dell all-in-one printer 626, if that matters. Is there a way to switch a color printer to black and white?
In your manual, you should have information on resetting it from color to b/w. Some of those printers are very quirky though, and won't let you use just the b/w; so if you are out of color ink the printer just won't work. On the Lexmark and Brothers we have -- I can set the Lexmark to b/w, but not the Brothers. So, if I am out of any color, the printer won't work.
Contact the mfg and see what their tech support has to say.Is there a way to switch a color printer to black and white?
You can choice it in your print set up options.
uh if its color it has black ink...
just print it in black and white
c'mon
Start %26gt; Control Panel %26gt; Printers and Faxes %26gt; right-click on your printer %26gt; Printing Preferences
Go to the color tab, then select grayscale
Usually theres a button that says ';black start'; or ';black'; or something like that.
YES GO TO PRINTER PROPERTIES AND SWITCH COLOR TO GRAYSCALE
on ur computer u can click print then switch to black and white or color
When you go to pring something, there is a button that says ';Properties';. If you click that it will let you change the options of your printer. There is usually an option to print in ';Black %26amp; White'; or sometimes called ';Monochrome';. That should do the trick!
