Generally a color laser printer would be best for high output color or black printing since it doesn't use ink, which can get pretty expensive to replace everytime they run out. You would still have to replace the toner cartridge for a laser printer, but they are cheap and last much longer than ink based cartridges.
Laser printers are also fast and precise and are much more affordable these days

any kind that prints color prints. Hey go to local Wal-Mart and pick on up for 30 or 40 bucks.
