Run a printer head cleaning then print out a diagnostic page.





You will probably notice your yellow is either clogged (very broken lines) or absent.

You're out of yellow ink. Go buy some ink
uninstall printer and then shut down puter restart and rein stall it you will need the disk that comes with printer
